Head Chef, Brentford £25,000
The Company
Our client, the market leader in their sector, is now looking for a Head Chef to join the senior management team in managing the busy kitchen in the customer facing restaurant at one of their flagship operations. Serving an all day fresh menu in recently refurbished stylish contemporary surroundings you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the kitchen.
A massive bonus is that you will work retail style hours, so no late evenings and every other weekend off - there is also ample free parking and very reaslistic career progression as the company continues to develop.
We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained as a Head Chef / Chef Manager in busy high volume commercial restaurants / cafes / or contract catering operations.
- Passion for working with fresh food and for baking.
The ability to train, develop, and motivate teams.
- Strong financial skills - controlling budgets & costs, labour, and GPs,
- Excellent people, organisation, and man-management skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Strong attention to detail.
A desire to have a good work life balance.
