Over the years they have focused the business to be food led but in a non-restaurant environment and as a result have seen tremendous growth, with certain sites able to handle around 300 covers per day. Each site has its own identity and the every member of the brigade has an input into dishes for the menu and special boards, leading to a fantastic dining experience for their guests. Position:Chef de Partie Locations:Westfield, Westminster, West Kensington, Wandsworth, Clapham, Chelsea, City Salaries:Package circa £22,000 (depending on site) Package:Basic salaries from £17,500 to £20,000 (depending on site) Paid overtime Trunk / Share of tips Guaranteed 2 days off per week Excellent career progression opportunities As a key member of the kitchen brigade, your passion and enthusiasm for cooking in a busy, vibrant and team oriented environment will be invaluable to the success of the site.As a Chef de Partie, you will: - Complete preparation and service in line with the needs of the business
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop your skills across the kitchen
- Assist the Sous Chef in completing services to a high quality standard
- Learn new kitchen skills and cooking techniques
- Be able to motivate other members of the team
