Chef de Partie required for a busy hotel located in Suffolk Role: This hotel has a busy restaurant (accredited with one AA Rosette) and popular wedding facilities (up to 200 covers) as Chef de Partie you will be expected to prepare dishes for both of these outlets.In this Chef de Partie role you will be expected to produce simple, well presented food using fresh, seasonal produce also ensuring that the high standards in place are maintained. Requirements: This role would suit a Chef de Partie who is looking for a new challenge in a vibrant property.Candidates should have already worked in properties using all fresh produce.
