High volume pub located in Derbyshire requires a Chef de Partie Role: This is an award winning, food led pub that uses as much fresh, seasonal, locally produce as possible and is currently looking for a Chef de Partie.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to be trained on all sections in the kitchen, allowing you develop further skills in a quality environment. Requirements: This role requires a Chef de Partie who has had a background in fresh food properties that were ideally accredited with at least one AA Rosette.Candidates with passion and ambition will be ideally suited to this role.
