Chef de Partie required for an ambitious restaurant located in Derbyshire Role: Currently looking for a forward thinking Chef de Partie that can fit well in a small brigade of chefs and wants to work in a property that is looking to evolve and move forward.The restaurant offers rustic, fresh food and uses the finest produce available as a result it requires a Chef de Partie used to this style of cooking. Requirements: All applicants should be experienced Chef de Parties capable of cooking fresh food to a high standard.This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head Chef, brining ideas to the menus and progressing alongside the restaurant.
