Chef de Partie required for a country house hotel located in Worcestershire
Role:
A Chef de Partie is required for a high quality multi-outlet hotel which has an excellent reputation for offering simple, elegant dining in its fine dining restaurant that has been accredited by the AA.As Chef de Partie you will also be preparing dishes for the hotels Brasserie restaurant and the function room which is particularly popular with weddings.
Requirements:
Previous Chef de Partie experience gained from a hotel environment which was accredited by the AA is required for this role.The ability to be adaptable in your approach to work is essential for this particular position.
