A Chef de Partie is required for a leisure focused venue located in the Knutsford region of Cheshire
Role:
A multi-outlet operation which has a strong focus on fresh, quality cooking has a position available for a Chef de Partie to join the large team of chefs which are pushing to achieve AA Rosettes in the restaurant.This position will give a Chef de Partie the chance to work on all sections preparing meals for the restaurant, large banqueting facilities and casual dining lounge bar.
Requirements:
A strong Chef de Partie who has good all round kitchen knowledge gained from high quality properties is required for this position.Previous banqueting experience for large numbers of covers would also be an advantage for this role.
