A Highlands hotel of the highest quality requires a Chef de Partie to complete the brigade of chefs
Role:
Joining an award winning team of chefs at an exquisite hotel as a Chef de Partie you will be required to prepare stunning ingredients for the award winning restaurant (5 course table d’hote menus) and the private dining rooms.The Head Chef at this hotel works very closely with local suppliers in order to create dishes that benefit from the best produce available in the area.As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of working on most sections in the kitchen to at least two AA Rosette level in a high profile property.
Requirements:
All Chef de Partie should have recent experience at two AA Rosette level with experience of working across the sections of the kitchen.This is a real career move for a chef who wants to be inspired by a top chef who is always pushing the standards forward to achieve further accolades.
