A Chef de Partie position has become available at a busy hotel located in Leeds
Role:
A Chef de Partie is required to join the brigade of chefs in the kitchen of a corporate led hotel which has particularly popular conference and banqueting rooms.The hotel also has a 100 cover restaurant that offers simple, pub style dishes making this a varied Chef de Partie role where you will use a variety of skills and continue your career in a hotel with promotional opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous Chef de Partie experience gained from a busy hotel environment would be ideal for this position although high volume restaurant work would also be an advantage.The ability to work well under pressure is essential.
