Experienced Chef de Partie required for a high volume, fresh food hotel located in Northamptonshire
Role:
This position of Chef de Partie has become available at a hotel which is focused on large volume, quality cooking in the banqueting department and restaurant, where you will be preparing all dishes using fresh, seasonal produce.In this position of Chef de Partie you will be running a busy section, ensuring that it is clean and tidy with all elements created to the expected standards.
Requirements:
All Chef de Parties should be confident of their ability to run a high volume section in a very busy kitchen environment as well as leading the junior chefs on that section.Previous experience in a multi-outlet hotel is essential for this role.
