Role:
A hotel which can offer future career progression is requires a Chef de Partie capable of preparing dishes for the various outlets at the property.The hotel has a fine dining restaurant, a casual dining restaurant and a number of banqueting rooms with a strong emphasis on the use of the fresh, local ingredients available in the area making it ideal for a Chef de Partie who enjoys a varied position.
Requirements:
Recent work experience as a Chef de Partie ideally gained within a multi-outlet hotel environment, ideally with at least one AA Rosette.A candidate who can work and communicate well within a large team of chefs would be ideal.
