Chef de Partie required for a multi-outlet hotel located in Leicestershire
Role:
In this position of Chef de Partie you will begin by working on the larder section in an award winning hotel with exacting food standards.As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the day to day running of the larder section ensuring set standards are met whilst keeping it clean and tidy; suggesting ideas for the daily specials and training the junior chefs on the section.
Requirements:
All Chef de Parties applying to this role should have strong skills on larder and must be used to running a busy section.Previous experience working in a high quality, multi-outlet hotel is also required for this position.
