Four Star Hotel located in Cheshire requires a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Team
Role:
A very popular hotel with a good reputation for offering high quality cooking in all of its outlets currently requires a Chef de Partie with skills across the sections of the kitchen.The hotel plays host to a number of large events including corporate functions, weddings and conferences.As a result this Chef de Partie role will invoice a lot of high quality, volume cooking using fresh produce.
Requirements:
Experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast paced kitchen cooking for numerous banquets and a high volume, fresh restaurant is essential.Candidates who work well within a strong team environment would be ideal for this position.
