Role:
A hotel which offers a variety of different dining options and is very busy requires a Chef de Partie to join the large team of chefs working in the kitchens.The restaurants at this property serve fresh food cooked to high standards for high cover numbers as a result this Chef de Partie role would suit a candidate who is used to volume cooking in a high quality environment.
Requirements:
This role requires an experienced Chef de Partie who has knowledge of working in a multi-outlet hotel cooking with fresh produce.The ability to cope well under pressure is an essential requirement for this position.
