Role:
A Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a busy, multi-outlet hotel environment is required for this well respected hotel that is known for creating high quality dishes from all fresh produce.The Head Chef of this property is hoping to employ a strong Chef de Partie in order to strengthen the kitchen team, assisting with the ambition of achieving AA Rosette status in the future.
Requirements:
It is important that all applicants to this role have already gained experience working as a Chef de Partie using fresh produce.Knowledge of high volume cooking is also essential as the hotel is very popular with banquets.
