A seasonal summer contract for a Chef de Partie role has become available at a hotel in Guernsey
Role:
Running from April to October this position will offer a Chef de Partie the chance to work in a stunning location creating dishes for the hotels restaurant.The hotel is based in a remote location so the successful Chef de Partie must be capable of working within a team of passionate, dedicated chefs who deliver modern British dishes created from the wonderful produce available on the doorstep.
Requirements:
All Chef de Parties must have worked at this level in their most recent position where they were cooking with fresh produce.Candidates who have previous experience of working in an AA Rosette accredited role would be ideal.
