This established hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie working both straight and split shifts and is offering around £17-18000
Set in a beautiful location in Middlesex. This country house hotel is renowned for its fine dining and accolades and is looking to bolster and strengthen the brigade with this appointment. It is essential you have at lease a 2 rosette background ideally with accolades that you have helped to achieve in your career as CDP or Demi Chef, you must be prepared to take the food to next level and but at the same time keep the banqueting side running a smooth as the restaurant.
They are looking to keep the food fresh and focused on the people they are cooking it for. Solid skills and knowledge of Modern & traditional food would be a Key. You will need to be willing to work hard and put all in to this job. The rewards are good and the conditions are great you just need help push the food forward and be part of a well oiled team.
Salary £17000 - 18000 depending upon experience
