As Chef de Partie you must have a solid fresh food background, used to dealing with high volume as this operation can get very busy over the weekend. Ideally you will have a restaurant background or simialr type of Gastro environment background, and you should have excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills. You must already be at Chef de Partie level and can expect to produce only the best food using fresh, local ingredients.
