Ideally as Commis Chef you must have previous experience of working within high quality kitchens at 2 AA Rosettes level. This is a busy kitchen with exceptionally high standards, so it is essential you are familiar with working with all fresh food, and are truly passionate about the food you create.You will be working within a brigade of 6 and can be expected to assist within all sections of the kitchen, with the preparation and cooking of high quality cuisine for the award-winning restaurant and some banqueting.
