Experienced Commis Chef required for a stunning hotel located in Tyne and Wear
Role:
This position of Commis Chef is based within a hotel that is fully focused on using all fresh produce in order to create high quality for the various outlets at the property including a fine dining restaurant, functions and regular weddings.As a result this Commis Chef role will offer the successful candidate the chance to be trained in a number of different menu styles.
Requirements:
This position would suit a Commis Chef who has already experienced some hotel training and is passionate about fresh food.A good basic knowledge and strong knife skills are essential for this role.
