Volume led hotel located in Chester requires an experienced Commis Chef
Role:
A Commis Chef role is available at a four star hotel where you will be trained to cook for the various catering outlets at the property.This is a volume led property with large banqueting facilities and a 100 cover restaurant allowing the successful Commis Chef to develop the skills needed to cook high end food for large numbers of covers using fresh produce.
Requirements:
Previous Commis Chef experience gained within a professional hotel or high volume, fresh food restaurant is essential for this role.The ability to work in a calm manner whilst under pressure is necessary for this position.
