Are you seeking a new challenging position? Our client is part of a small Group, based within driving distance to London and easily accessible routes to A1 and M25 this is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Manager.
The hotel is currently undergoing some internal structural changes and they are seeking fresh eyes for the C & B Department, the ideal candidate will come from a similar background, you will have a proven record in running a busy yet successful C & B Department.
As C & B Manager you will be an effective manager, you will be in charge of the Front of House team and work closely with the F & B Manager and General Manager of the hotel.
You will need to have high standards with knowledge of weddings / corporate and private functions, you will need to be a good organiser, an effective communicator.
This role will be fully supported, however as Conference & Banqueting Manager you will need to be accountable for your department, work to budgets, and be prepared to work on a rota system including weekends. The hotel has 90 beds and 8 conference suites, it has a wedding licence and can accommodate up to 300 delegates / guests.
