Award Winning 5* Hotel restaurant requires Demi Chef De Partie

An exiting opportunity for a Demi chef de partie to work in this award winning restaurant with in a five star hotel.

You will oversee all sections with in this new refurbished kitchen, Our client are in search of an experienced Commis chef who is seeking a greater challenge with more responsibility, working with in a brigade of 80+ chefs.

The successful demi chef de partie candidate will need strong man management & Cooking skills, enthusiasm & creative flair. NVQ Level two required

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE.Must be a UK passport Holder.

STRAIGHT SHIFTS. 40 hours per week. Live In.
