A unique opportunity has arisen in the kitchens of this fabulous and
impressive modern country hotel. A highly regarded fine dining operation
and top end hotel requires a suitable skilled Demi chef de Partie to join the
brigade. We are looking for someone who is keen to provide high
end, technically challenging work, someone who is passionate,
creative and eager to create exciting and imaginative dishes. You will have a 4 - 5 star or rosette standard cooking background.
As Demi Chef de Partie you will be highly motivated and seriously career
driven. As Demi Chef de Partie you will inspire more junior members
of the team and aspire to continual learning and development from
the senior members of the team. If you have fine dining
experience and are motivated to producing high end cuisine
there are opportunities within a michelin standard kitchen at this property for you. Live in accommodation is available. Applicants must have no restrictions to working in the UK.
