Our client is a leading hotel in the south west currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager
The property has 180+ bedrooms, large banqueting, multi F & B outlets
The Role: Food and Beverage Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Departments
- The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
- The Food and Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager
- Food and Beverage Manager must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round management experience
- The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
