Job Description
The Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Associate to join our Pentland Restaurant and Cocktail Bar team. Your role will be to prepare the Restaurant and Cocktail Bar by laying and clearing tables, to serve food, wine and other drinks to guests and to assist in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department in order to give guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Previous experience of working within a Restaurant, Cocktail Bar or similar environment is preferred. A good level of English is required.

Responsibilities
You will ensure that you have a full product knowledge of all menu items and their service. You will maintain a high standard of service within the restaurant and Cocktail Bar at all times. You will promote sales and achieve maximum sales potential for both food and beverages. You will clear and lay tables throughout and after service, ensuring that the restaurant, Cocktail Bar and service areas are clean and tidy at all times.
