We are looking for BIG flamboyant personalities for this client, no shrinking violets! The managers are very much sleeves rolled up in these businesses delivering that personal touch to each & everyone that walks through the door. So ideally you should be a happy, smiley individual that enjoys an informal atmosphere in your restaurant for both your staff & your guests.
We welcome CV’s from those in high st branded operations as well as those from indie restaurant businesses – ideally at least a couple of years experience at your current level & as the volumes are huge we are ideally looking for those that have experience in really busy business.

Circa 48k + 10k Bonus potential
