Our client is one of the most popular independent restaurants in the capital and is currently looking for a strong General Manager to taker over one of their flagship sites
The restaurant mixes style and sophistication and offers an abundance of charm and character. Open for lunch and diner six days a week the restaurant serves very high quality, freshly produced modern food along with an extensive wine list and some truly inspired cocktails from the lounge bar.
The restaurant also benefits from two private dinning rooms and exclusive event hire.
To be considered for this role you will be a current General Manager with at least 2 years experience in a high end, quality driven restaurant with a high turnover. You will be familiar with the London market and have been a General Manager within the capital for a respected restaurant. This will be a very hands on position, so you will need to be able to lead a team from the front, set the example and push the quality with passion and vigour.
