Our client is seeking a talented and skilled Head Chef offering a chance to run the kitchen with the scope and freedom to create enticing and exciting dishes to a high standard.

The successful Head Chef will have a unique talent to delivering high quality, exceptional tasting dishes which are thoughtful and modern in presentation. Our client is looking to run a small menu that is influenced by local and seasonal produce.

We are looking for a Head Chef who has some classical training and can understand a high level of technical cooking, who can balance flavours and textures perfectly whilst delivering visually pleasing dishes.

We are seeking a Head Chef who can demonstrate a quality led background but also someone who can work closely with the owners of this property in leading them to build the business and menu's in line with the market in the Brighton area.

A talented Sous Chef with excellent leadership skills, vision, drive and ambition would be happily considered for this position.

The most important aspect of this search is about the cooking, our client is looking to be inspired.

Michelin / fine dining experience is desirable mixed with a brasserie background.
