Chef de Partie required to work closely with the head chef in a brigade of 4 chefs catering for this blue chip company invariable working for a national contract catering company. Monday to Friday 7am-4pm with lots of opportunity for overtime. The chef de partie will have previous experience of being a chef de partie working ideally within fine dining contract catering or award winning restaurants& hotels.
Duties for the chef de partie include working lunches, finger and fork buffets', canopy parties and also daily sit down find dining lunches for the chairman & directors of the company. This is a fantastic role available for a chef de partie somebody who wants to make a name for themselves and get on the career ladder. This also maybe your first opportunity as a chef de partie
