Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a key part of our Housekeeping team here at 47 Park Street - Grand Residences by Marriott. You will be responsible for checking suites, supervising all areas of the department, and be involved training and developing current employees. You will also have the opportunity to assist with communication in the department by preparing for and leading daily meetings. Working within a small team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience within an extremely high standard of residence based in Mayfair.

Requirements
This position works on a shift system, therefore candidates must be flexible to work early, late and weekends shifts. The shift will involve lots of physically moving around. Experience in a Houskeeping department is preferable, and supervisory experience is essential. The key quality required is that the applicant understands the needs for the highest standards of customer service. Fluency in English is essential, along with the willingness to learn computer systems, and bring new ideas and creativity to help the department move up to the next level.
