Scope and Purpose

As a Room Service Waiter/ess you will prepare mis-en-place for the service and you will ensure that service to all guests is efficient and courteous and exceeds our legendary standards at all times.

You will also be answering the telephone to take food & beverage orders, maximising revenue where possible and you will ensure the correct accompaniments are presented on our exquisite trolley service.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
