A beautiful Five Star London Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef for the busy banqueting team.
Reporting to the Sous Chef your role will be to assist in creating the best quality food for a busy and luxurious banqueting department for up to 120 guests. You will also mentor and develop Chef de Parties and Commis’ to ensure they are performing to their best standards. The hotel only uses the best seasonal and fresh ingredients for all their dishes so you must come from the same background.
The ideal next Junior Sous Chef will either be a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up or be an experienced Junior Sous Chef who is looking to move to a world renowned hotel. You should come from a Five Star London Hotel background ideally, but we will consider different backgrounds as long as you can demonstrate an ability to manage a busy private dining department. You must have a stable job history and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage staff in a busy, fast paced environment.
