A remote hotel located in Guernsey requires a Pastry Chef to complete a Seasonal Summer Contract
Role:
A Pastry Chef contract has become available at a hotel that will run from April to October during the properties busiest months of the year.As Pastry Chef you will have the opportunity to control the pastry section of the kitchen preparing a la carte desserts for the award winning restaurant.You must also ensure that the pastry section runs smoothly with all ordering planned in advance and new recipes are brough to the menus.
Requirements:
This Pastry Chef role requires a candidate who has the ability to run a busy section to the high levels expected.Previous experience working in an AA Rosette accredited hotel is essential for this position and all applicants should be capable of working in a remote location.
