Pastry Chef is required for this amazing, luxury Red Star Country Retreat Hotel with a 3AA Rosette Restaurant in the heart of the Lake District, close to Windermere. This stunning property has a new Head Chef in place and is keen to build up the brigade with individuals who are passionate and focused on producing amazing food. As Pastry Chef you must have a strong technical background, ideally with experience in kitchens up to minimum of 2AA Rosettes but preferably 3AA Rosettes.You must already be an experienced Pastry Chef, at either Sous or Head level, and should be confident in running your own section, producing only the best using fresh, local ingredients. You should be really passionate about your work and able to bring creative ideas to the team, presenting food to the highest standard at all times. You will also be supporting any junior members of the team as needed.
