Chef de Partie Pastry is required for this amazing, luxury and multi-award winning Hotel and Restaurant in the heart of the Northwest, where you will work under a well renowned Head Chef in a fantastic kitchen. Serving Modern French style cuisine to an exceptional standard this property has a busy 2 AA Rosette Brasserie, Private Dining and fantastic Fine Dining Restaurant. You can expect to work under some very experienced senior chefs with Michelin backgrounds in a pressured and demanding environment, but one where you will learn and develop a great deal.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working in an extremely well equipped separate pastry section under the Head Pastry Chef, preparing dishes for the whole hotel operation which includes the 1 Star Michelin restaurant, 2 AA Rosette Brasserie restaurant and a casual dining bar, allowing you to cook in a variety of different styles.

Previous Chef de Partie experience within Pastry is essential, and you must have worked in at least a 2AA Rosette kitchen. Preferably you will have experience of working in a similar type of busy and top end property and Michelin experience would be an advantage.

You will receive plenty of support from the Head Chef and will get the opportunity to learn many new skills and techniques. If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic chef, who wants to work with the best, then apply immediately! Live-in may be available.
