Role:
A Pastry Demi Chef de Partie position has become available at a hotel that has a well equipped kitchen where you will be using the latest technology to create high end dishes.As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will be preparing petit fours, ice creams, pre desserts and desserts for the hotels fine dining restaurant and bar operation.As the menus at the property change regularly you will have the chance to have an input on these.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a role where you spent a lot of time on the pastry section is essential for this role.Candidates must be capable of preparing dishes to two AA Rosette standards at all times.
