Catering Manager, Wolverhampton £25,000
The Company
A nationally recognised organisation with catering operations situated within their businesses serving all fresh locally sourced produce in unique surroundings.
This is a small multi-site role ideally suited to a catering / restaurant manager with some experience gained looking after more than one operation.
A full driving licence is essential and you will also have a commercial catering background. A massive bonus is that you will not work any evenings and you will have regular weekends off.
We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Current catering / restaurant management experience gained in busy high volume commercial operations - ideally looking after more than one business.
- Exceptional customer service, people, man-management, and organisational skills.
- Passion for working with locally sourced produce.
- Strong financial skills - managing P & L accounts and all costs and budgets.
- Working to brand standards and with internal systems & procedures.
- Energy, enthusiasm, motivation, and fun.
- The ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- A keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed.
- Strong training and people development skills.
