Our client is a sporting venue in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area, who is looking for a Relief Chef de Partie to support their 2 permanent chefs, on match days.
There will be 4 or 5 specific dates available each month for the successful relief chefs de partie to cover, and the assignment will be on an ongoing basis for match days, including weekends.
Due to the nature of the assignment, it will be offered on a live out basis, as accommodation is not available here. Therefore, candidates should only apply to this assignment if they are able to commute to the area on a daily basis.
The successful Relief Chefs de Partie will have their own whites and knives, as well as having a food hygiene certificate no older than 3 years.
