** 4 STAR CORPORATE HOTEL ** RELIEF CHEF DE PARTIE ** 1-2 WEEK ASSIGNMENT ** ON SITE ACCOMMODATION ** GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION **
Our client; a large 4 star hotel part of a worldwide corporate hotel chain, is currently looking for a relief chef de partie to assist their team of chefs.
Situated in the rolling Gloucestershire countryside, you will be catering for the hotel’s 100 cover main restaurant as well as creating dishes from the bar and 24 hour room service menu’s.
Weddings, functions and conferences are all held here and the hotel has the facilities to cater for these of up to 200 covers.
Accommodation can be provided for the successful candidate in one of the hotels staff rooms on site, if not able to commute here daily.
For those of you who do not drive, the nearest train station is just a short 5 minute taxi ride away.This assignment should last for a duration of 1-2 weeks.
