We are in search of a highly experienced Restaurant Manager, for a immediate start in a well established West London Restaurant. Managing a small team we need someone to who is happy being the face of the restaurant and leading from the front. With the restaurant working towards achieving Michelin recognition so need someone with the energy and drive to ensure standards and procedures are put into place to achieve these goals. With direct
control on service style and beverage menu development while still being hands on
you will live and breathe the fine dining industry.
Working alongside a well known Chef, with a
Michelin background, and reporting directly into the restaurants Operations Director you will be
responsible for all areas of the restaurant operation. The succesful person will have previous Rosette or Michelin experience and have established themselves within fine dining
restaurants and have a stable career.
As
a prospective employee you must be able to demonstrate that you are
either an UK / EU resident, or hold a relevant and valid work permit or
visa.
