We are looking for a talented and dynamic Retail services / General Catering Manager to lead the team in this prestigious Catering contract in Central London. The contract incorporates extensive staff restaurants, theatre cooking, a high volume grab and go deli and coffee offer over a variety of locations within the building.
This senior role will be a key position within the senior management team located with a high profile client on a contract turning over in excess of £9 miilion per annum
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high profile Corporate and Commercial Catering environment, be able to manage a diverse budget, have excellent people management skills and be passionate about food and customer service.
Our general manager must be able to demonstrate a
keen commercial eye
ideally have operated a large high profile commercial venue
contract catering experience is desirable
a record of developing a satisfactory service and product into a sensational one
ability to drive profit without sacrificing quality
effective management of a team in excess of 55
evidence of introducing cost saving innovation and ideas
extensive events management is essential
you must have had full accountability for your own P&L
