Permanent all round post where you will work close with the owner, producing great fresh food in a causal restaurant connected to a hotel.
My client foresees 100% involvement where you will have the chance to have menu implementation. Small friendly and hard working brigade to work with, with a Chef Patron who is calm and talented.
This Head Chef is wanting s second Chef that’s hands on, reliable and an individual who can work in a calm and collected kitchen.
