New Year, new start, my client is looking for a Senior Chef De Partie who is motivated, hands on and hardworking to join this dedicated brigade of 6. This successful Hotel is part of a small privately owned group that can offer good career progression, career longevity and job security.
Working with a passionate and patient Head Chef, you will help cater for not only the popular fine dining restaurant that seats up to 120, but also for weddings, conferences and private parties.
The Senior Chef De Partie will need to be confident working in all sections, be able to cope catering for large numbers and be a good team player. You would need to have worked in a similar position previous and have impeccable health and hygiene standards.
