An utterly beautiful Four Star Hotel in Central London is looking to recruit a Sommelier with excellent knowledge of both wine and cigars.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager your role will be to ensure every guest to the hotel receives impeccable service and recommendations when it comes to Wine & Cigars. You will play an active role in developing the menus with the F&B Manager. You will perform regular stock checks to make sure that the hotel is always fully stocked with needed products. You will also liaise with the Bar & Restaurant Manager in relation to providing training for the F&B Assistants on Wine & Cigars.
This is a very exciting position for someone who has relevant qualifications, WSET, to get into a respected property and develop their career. We need someone who is very knowledgeable when it comes to Wine & Cigars and can confidently recommend and up-sell all the hotel’s products. You must be immaculately presented and have the professional demeanour that will fit in an upmarket environment.
