Sous Chef - Blubeckers, Shepperton - Accommodation Available
We have recently reviewed everything from scratch and are currently developing new menus, concentrating on offering good, fresh dishes in a simple style with an emphasis on quality ingredients.
We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, this is a vital role in the pub and is an excellent stepping stone on the road to managing your own kitchen. As well as having excellent skills as a Chef, you’ll need to demonstrate a good head for business and help the head chef in setting and achieving GP percentages and wage targets.
As a Sous Chef you’ll play a full part in helping to build and develop a highly skilled and motivated team, and you’ll need to have the ability to efficiently manage the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. Creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to the successful running of the kitchens, and you will need to be a natural leader to help achieve this.
We have accommodation available for anyone needing a live-in position.
