Calling Outstanding Sous Chef's - Branded Restaurants - London

We are proud to be working with an amazing Branded High Street Restaurant Company who is renowned for their motivation and pride for an outstanding product and delivery of service with a select set of sites in the South East and they are now seeking a like-minded individual to join their Restaurants as an experienced Sous Chef.

Working in London, you as the Sous Chef will have had Operational experience in nurturing and energising a team of Chef's increasing their passion and drive while ensuring the increased quality and delivery of product within this branded restaurant and working alongside the General Manager and Head Chef.

You will also have financial knowledge as the Sous Chef, and having been involved in maintaining margins, growing GP's and budgeting complimented by your eye for detail and presentation you will have worked to branded spec's. These attributes have enabled you to review your kitchen team and using your heightened communication skills; identify training and recruitment needs within your banks of talent.

Using these good coaching skills, you will have had the experience in ensuring all operational policies, procedures and standards have been implemented, motivating your brigade using your integrity and respect for others and recognising great performances within your area.

Requirements:
You will have been a Sous Chef within a branded restaurant for preferably 2 years
Believe in promoting best practise to ensure all standards are adhered to
Actively demonstrated motivational and development techniques with team members
Encourage passion, pride in the branded restaurant understanding working to branded Spec's
You will have ensured all Health & Safety regulation and Food Hygiene legislation has been adhered to at the highest level including HACCP and COSHH
You will have had in depth experience in preparing and delivering margins and GP's and working within budgets
