High quality restaurant located in Kent requires a Sous Chef Role: The Head Chef of this well respected restaurant is currently looking for a Sous Chef who is able to support him in achieving his ambition of achieving three AA Rosettes.As Sous Chef you will be expected to assist with the day to day running of the restaurant and actively introduce new ideas to the modern British menu.This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants to progress within a high quality environment. Requirements: All applicants to this role should have experience working as a Sous Chef in a property accredited with at least two AA Rosettes.The ability to run the kitchen when required and assist with the development of the brigade is essential for this role.
