Experienced Sous Chef required for an exciting hotel located in Wiltshire
Role:
This is a multi-outlet, country house style hotel that requires a Sous Chef to assist with the leadership of the kitchen brigade of seven chefs.The property is well established and has a reputation for serving well presented, fresh dishes that take advantage of as many local suppliers as possible.In the role of Sous Chef you will also be expected to deputise for the Head Chef when absent or on holiday and as a result must be capable of carrying out all kitchen administration, ordering and training.
Requirements:
The property is working at a two AA Rosette level at the moment and requires a Sous Chef who is used to performing at this level.Previous hotel and high volume banqueting experience is also essential for this position.
