Seeking Sous Chef for Pastry the successful candidate will have experience of working in a 4 star/ quality environment preparing pastry items and goods for multi outlet operations.
Working in a pastry team of 5 you will be working in a reputable organisation with a fantastic name for their restaurant dining and busy banqueting operation.
You will
require at least 3 years experience working in a 4 or 5 star
hotel properties and have a good knowledge of all aspects of the
pastry.
